Are you planning on sending that drawing out for manufacture after you test fit it?

I would also round/fillet the sharp corners.

My guess would be R6. It appears that all dimensions are in cm.

There are a good number of dimensions missing. Which is why I asked if he planned on sending this to a shop.

Edit: It says right on the drawing that they are in cm.

Its about a 2-1/8" DIA hole.

I have been in Drafting and Design for over 8 years and have used every imaginable unit of measurement. I have had customers that actually pay me to convert old drawings I have done for them from mm to cm so that it fits their new "requirements/procedures".(Really? You can't do the math? It is moving one decimal point.) I have had other customers that use standard units for anything that is welded into place, while they use metric units for anything that is machined. (Talk about some confusing drawings! And they can't figure out why there are so many build errors.)

12 cm dia = 4.74 in dia

There are dimensions missing because I haven't figured out the exact locations of the mounting points. I'll be using the Arkansas method (using a string to guesstimate) and then go back and dimension them on the drawing once I get the locations worked out.

So I can change the oil filter. I'll cut another for the drain plug.

see, IMO cutting a giant hole in a skidplate really negates a lot of the point...

yea, I actually decided against it after seeing what would be susceptible to rocks from the hole.
