Well my wife and I just found out we are pregnant and with much sadness in my heart we are probably going to need a bigger vehicle. So I am seeing if there is any interest in my baby, sniff, sniff.
Its a 02 auto, with 155,000, the thing runs awesome, in May we took it on a 4,000 mile venture without a single hiccup. Has a aem C.A.I. Turbo xs downpipe and, HKS carbon tubo back, and a grounding kit.
Im thinking around $6,500, Let me know if you want to see any other pics or have any Ques. sniff, sniff. Ya its a little dirty but that's the way I like it.

I've got 5 month old twins and my Mazdaspeed3 works for taking them to the sitter. it's not ideal, but it works. You're fine with the wagon.

Good luck with the sale!

lol a wagon is perfect for a family maybe if u take off the exhaust put the stock back on and just keep it sleeper she will understand it might be the sound that makes her think its a toy. GLWS

Congrats on the baby! I agree with everyone else. 1 baby will fit no problem. I have 3 kids and I have no intention of selling my car anytime soon. Before the WRX I had a '96 Legacy wagon (that back seat was the exact same width as the WRX back seat).

A tight fit but I always made it work.

Congratulations! Bump for a nice car and good seller. You really should keep it. I've carried three adults, an 80lb. collie and a 20lb. sheltie in mine. One baby doesn't take that much room.

Thanks wrxspdwgn, my wife and mine biggest concern is that we travel a lot, and just having to pack all our stuff plus a ton of kid stuff...I guess that's why they make car top carriers.

Here's one more vote for keepin' her. We bought our 2004 WRX when our kids were 5 and 3. Yeah, it's not as roomy as our van and we don't use it nearly as often. But it works fine. Plus with a wagon, things like a stroller, diaper bag, etc. should be a breeze.

Just about the time the kids got older and were getting a little cramped in back (especially when bundled up in all their winter garb), the booster seats came out and presto! Things are just fine again. And even heavily modded, the WRX still gets 10mpg more than the van - unless I'm it driving alone of course. Then they seem to do about the same.

Besides, who needs the expense of a new car (and increased insurance costs) just when you're starting a family?

Congrats on the baby! Here's another vote for keeping the wagon. Mine works out great, granted its a 1st gen. There's a ton of room for hauling anything you have. I've put wagons and strollers in the back of mine. I've put more stuff in the back of my wagon than my fiance's blazer. Keep the Wagon!!

Try to convince her its a station wagon the ultimate family mobile! Pretty sure that I remember an episode of the brady bunch where they all wedged in a station wagon, you can use that as back up!

And here's another reason. When is her due date? You guys might just need that AWD to get her to the hospital. Jus, sayin'. . .

If you're going to sell it (which you shouldn't), at least get an '06 Saab 9-2X as a replacement. You don't need to tell the ball-and-chain it's a WRX in disguise...and you get an extra .5 litres on your engine!

I think buying the new sti wagon just might be the winner so far. hmmmm also if I keep it I have a better excuse to upgrade turbos...cause I have to get the hospital faster, right?
