Sorry I didn't get this out last night, lost track of time playing UT.

This event will happen the evening of Saturday, April 1. We don't have an exact time yet, I suppose it will be around 6-8PM.

First of all, the web site for Speedzone is: http://www.speedzone.com/la/la.html

They have directions there. You can also learn about the kart tracks they have. Basically the place is racing, mini golf, and an arcade. Be warned: their mini golf course STINKS, I have used it before. Flat, unimaginative, just plain dull! Avoid it. The rest of the place is cool.

With our group people can purchase a card to use on the rides/games. Buying a $25 card will get you $30 of credit due to group discount. I haven't asked explicitly but I am sure you don't have to buy a card if you don't want to, so you can show up and just eat. Or just put $5 on a card to play video games.

For our group there are some food options. We need to pick one so I can tell them what to have ready. Here's a summary of the menu choices. The range from $8.95 per person on up. I suggest we keep it cheap, partially because I will probably end up putting a 50% deposit down on MY credit card!

All these options come with a drink and some kind of side dishes. I am only listing the main course. We need to pick one and let them know what it is, and get them a head count, by 3/24 at the absolute latest. Rich, I nominate you to collect food vote/head count info.

If extra people show up at the event they'll just have to fend for themselves in the Speedzone restaurants.
