Smile VA: 2004 WRX Wagon good daily driver

$10,500

I've owned the car since May 2007, it had 28,000 miles on it. Before me was an older lady in Pasadena, California. The car now has 108,000 miles. The car has had 5,000 mile oil changes with Royal Purple oil and factory filters since I've had it. All synthetic fluids have been used in every lubricated surface possible with proper maintenance intervals. Never been wrecked or abused. There is a couple scrapes on the back bumper from a shopping cart and a small dent in the passenger rear door from a rock while it was parked at a rally race. The car has only been raced twice at Pacific Racing drag strip in Washington just for before and after numbers during tuning. For your information the car was running 16.1sec 1/4mile times stock and now will acheive 13.9sec 1/4mile with the race tune installed. The car was protuned by Rallitek in Portland, Oregon. I have multiple maps available on the COBB Accessport:
Valet Mode - vehicle will not break 3000 rpm
Anti-theft - vehicle will not start
Street tune - 16 psi and moderate fueling w/ slight advanced timing
Race tune - 18.5 psi and full fueling with advanced timing

List of mods:
Exterior
30% tint all the way around
Rally Armor Urethane mud flaps
Debadged except WRX emblem on hatch
Roof rail delete
Wing delete
STI foglight covers
Sylvania Ultra Bright white headlights
JDM clear headlight assemblies
Rolled rear fenders
Rear windsheild wiper delete
Silver Sideskirts (OEM ones are black)

Performance
K&N Typhoon intake
CSS (1000 cfm) top mount intercooler
Kaminari catless uppipe
Perrin (divorced wastegate) catted downpipe with EPA code
Full '05 STI cat-back
Urethane exhaust hangers
A/C delete (to fit the intercooler)
Braille lightweight racing battery 15lb
COBB Accessport
Protune by Rallitek
GT Spec radiator shroud
Cusco high pressure radiator cap
Samco auxillary hoses

Suspension
Whiteline urethane suspension bushings
Whiteline steering rack bushings
EBC slotted rotors
EBC "Red Stuff" ceramic pads
Enkei NTO3+M wheels 17"x8" silver +42mm offset
Dunlop SP Sport Signature 245/40R17 tires-------------85% tread

The suspension doesn't have much done so it's all stock and ready for whatever you want to do to it. The car is completely street legal and passes emissions. With the street map, the car will see over 30mpg on the highway and I usually get about 25mpg around town. So there is no compromise for fuel economy. No issues have occured while i've owned the car. I have never had to take it in for any mechanical or electrical problems. Just pure maintenance visits. The car is pretty fast and fun for what it is and the little work that has been put into it. Everything is operational. If you have any questions or concerns don't be afraid to ask. I'm solid on the $10,500 price. I have all of the factory books and papers on the car as well. It also just had the timing belt done for the 100,000 mile service so everything is up to date.
