Default Convert Transponder Key

I have a 2007 Outback wagon. With a 2.5 na engine.

Of course it has the transponder key feature. I would like to convert to a standard key switch.....any advice ?

.....has anyone done this before ?

I'll start out by saying I have no personal expierence in this...so I may be 100% wrong...

BUT I think the short answer to your question is no, you cannot do that. (I think it IS possible, as anything is possible...however you'd need to change A LOT of things on your car. and the mod would not worth the cost/hassle/undue hacking of your car).
