Default HELP!!! dropped my car off for some fab work and now it will not start

if anyone has any experience id greatly appricate it.

i took my car in for a new down pipe and dump tube. no electrical was touched. now i have the issue of the car not starting.

sympotms include.

no CEL when the key is turned to on.
when the fuel pump is pluged in there is no power to the plug. if its unpluged there is power.
key in door chime works.
relays are clicking over
no power at the ignition pin on the ecu and when power is bridged to it manually still nothing happens.

o2 sensors shorting out is the most commonly found issue online so we unpluged both to eliminate possibility of a short. still nothing

all fuses were isolated and checked and all of them are working properly.

this is my second subaru with an electrical gremlin that i am stumped on and as some of you may know the other car still doesnt run after 6 years.

I'd suggest checking the Main Relay under the driver dash. That spreads power to the ECU/FPC and so fourth. IIRC it's the brown relay.

What happens when you turn the key over? Does the motor crank?

Plug in the test mode connectors and see if the ECU shows test mode.

Also what flavor of Subaru is this?

KIS, Keep it simple, they must have accidentally unplugged something under the hood.
did u load a tune on to the car too at the time of the down pipe? plugs still connected?

found the issue. the passenger tgv motor clip somehow got pinched between the turbo and the manifold the wire rubbed through and grounded out. car runs fine now.
