Default 2009 wrx mid muffler subaru?

Hi, I have a 09 WRX sedan and was thinking of converting to a custom fabricated single mid muffler. Some Mustang guys do it and other makes as well. I did a search and could not find anything. Does anybody have any experience with this? BTW I only drive on the street.

In my case I have a 3" DP ---Stock midpipe----muffler deletes at the Y. I like the way it looks, but I just want 3" midpipe with a muffler in it. A company called Pypes does it for mustangs in IMO after viewing the videos on youtube the single mid muffler sounds better than 2.

I'm about to install my other parts so I can get dyno tuned as well and I need 3" all the way back
