mate you don't need a professional shop. pick up a can of VHT nite shades. Easy to use and street legal in most places if you do it right. I tinted mine about 3 months ago and they've been through hellish exposure with no change. I think the spray itself is somewhat uncommon, but if you wanna either ship your lights out to me and i'll do them + send them back or i'll send you a can, PM me. i won't charge to do either option, just shipping

If you don't want it to look like a POS job, I wouldn't advise using that Niteshade ****...

Here's how to do it if you want it to look nice, OEM, and not super dark

Materials
PPG automotive paint - mid temp clear, mid temp black
HVLP spray gun
Air compressor

make a 2.5:1 mixture of clear:black, this will cause the black to dissipate and leave a very foggy black clear coat. Spray 2-3 coats depending on how dark you want it, leave it dry for a few hrs.

If you don't have this equipment or want to rent it, i'm sure a shop can do it for you for like $60
