Break lights shorting out.. HELP

so since i took my headlights out to clear/paint them, i putm back in, and now my brake lights short out. i blew5 fuses already trying to solve the problem, ive check the wiring on the actual brake light, i see nothing, i see nothing up front near the headlights that could possibly cause it, idek if the headlights have any relevance. but thats just when it started. anytime i think i got it worked out, i put a new fuse in, tap the beaks and it blows.

someone plase help! any suggestions?!

my third break light wire to with wing became disconnected so it was just touchin metal, shorting it out and melting my wire hah
