Default Referral for Ford or Honda dealerships?

Anyone have a friend or someone they dealt with at a Ford or Honda dealership? My parents are in the market to buy either the 2011 Ford Fiesta or a 2010 Civic.

Obviously with the 2011 Fiesta there wouldn't be much discounting, but any bit helps. With the Honda they'd be expecting a bit more movement.

So...anyone know anyone working at either dealerships in sales?

Btw, the Fiesta and the 6 speed dual clutch transmission is pretty nice for an automatic, great on gas too. Good road feel and pretty peppy for a little car.

For Honda, you may go Pacific Honda at North Shore Automall. They are the only Honda dealership without charging Doc. Fee and "No Pushy" business office for pro-pack & warranty. You may ask for Jacky or Sherman at sales department.

If you get a chance, check out the new Honda CRZ? Doesn't look half bad and it's a hybrid--with the crazy gas prices you can't go wrong. Unfortunately, it ain't AWD though.

I work at Marv Jones Honda, give our #1 Salesman a call Alan Cheung 604-465-5464 and tell him our parts depart referred you to him. He can work out a deal for you .

I've been really happy with MHA ford in abbotsford, although that might be a little far from you....

If you want to come to the island, I can hook your parents up with a Civic, as I know the manager at Campus Honda. Would it be worth the two ferry trips? Probably not unless they were coming here anyways.

Was just test driving vehicle(s) today the Ford dealership at North Van Auto mall has employee pricing on right now plus they are giving away a $500 gas car but the offer only stands to the end of the Month.

If you were still here at Nissan (it WAS you at Southside right?) I'd definitely bring them there for a Versa.

Ya we're going there tomorrow night. Doesn't seem like we'll get any discounts off the Ford as it's a 2011 model, but the gas card is pretty nice I suppose.
