Default Apple Mac PowerBook G4 12" $200!

This thing works like a champ!

It's a 12" PowerBook G4, I had AppleCare on it, and had the screen and logicboard replaced right before it went out of warranty.

There are MINIMAL scratches on the outer case, and the screen has zero scratches, and zero dead pixels. This thing has the tough Aluminum casing, and is extremely durable!

The Good:

1.5 Ghz Processor
SuperDrive CD/DVD Writer
1.25 Gigs of ram (maxed out for this model)
80 Gig Hard Drive
Mac OS X Leopard
Newer Apple Charger (cost me $80 last year)
Software (I need to check and see what's installed on it)

The Bad:

SuperDrive Writer is sometimes temperamental (priced out a new CD drive for it, they can be had pretty cheap)
I have 2 batteries, but neither hold much of a charge. I always kept it plugged in.
Minimal Scratches on the external case
Not as fast as some of the newer computers. I bought this one new in October of 2005.

Like mentioned, I have 2 batteries, newish charger (the old one broke), original box and everything that came with it when new.

Terrific for the kids as a starter computer, or for the student going back to school!!

I replaced it with a new PowerBook, and no longer have a use for it.

Asking $200.

The original battery was replaced under recall in 2006. I never sent it back, and therefore have 2 batteries that are both 4+ years old.

The second battery held a charge for at least a couple years.

We have one of these in the office and it's used 5-6 times a week for years and still running strong.
