Default Recommended shop for 4 wheel alignment in SFV?

i know it's not in the valley, but you should check out West End Alignment in Gardena. it's kinda far, but totally worth it. the owners name is Darin.

it's a one man operation and he knows what he's doing.

I got mine done at Northridge Tires the Tire Pros. They do computerized allignment. I gave them the specs I want, and they followed it accordingly. I think they charge ~$69 for a 4 wheel allignment. Heres their info:

Northridge Tire the Tire Pros
8765 Reseda Boulevard, Northridge, CA 91324
(818) 349-0647

Hope this helps

I was going to align my car there, but changed my mind. They refused to align to anything but factory specs, so I'm going to go test my luck at Tire Pros. in Northridge. Hopefully they won't trash my new wheels or anything else on my car.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Im just curious, what exactly are the specs you give, and what is the use/advantage to that. How do you even know what specs you want to use. I was under the impression that the techs always used factory specs for alignment. I didnt even know you could request them a certain way.

Mr. Fancypants

I've had alignments at Tires Buy Mark and Northridge Tire Pros. I use Northridge now because I live really close to them. Just tell them what you want and they'll do it. I tell them to max out the negative camber at the front and minimise the neg. at the back and stay as close to spec. toe as they can and bingo - that's what they do.
