I'd like to know how these hold up. And can you get a shot of the collector that goes to the uppipe? I'd like to see how the splitter looks.

Looks nice, its coated which is even nicer and they are priced to sell which is just awesome.

It almost too good to be true..

I've gotten a lot of questions on these headers I dont know why they just dont post them up.

I'll be answering them today.

- How much do they weigh vs stock?

- Thickness of flanges?

- Thickness of pipes walls?

- What is the fitment on the motor?

- What Uppipe am i using?

I'm up reallllly early today so i'll have these answers tonight when i finish with my car for day 4 on the build!
My Build Thread : http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2047409

I'm taking my time and doing it right the 1st time!

looks just like the gtspec except for the 2 bolt up pipe portion. dont forget to use 2 gaskets where the up pipe and header meet.

yes, i had a few bad ones in the last batch, the company has warrantied them, and is awaiting the newest shipment. when i say bad, no cracking etc, the fitment was a little off, so we took them back, credited everyone that didn't fit 100% and are awaiting the next batch

How does it normally take for a header to crack if it were to crack?

Same thing, but they have the old (wrong) description there, and I have no idea if that price is still valid.

the one pieces sell really well. the 2 piece the manufacturer had an issue with on the first run, so we pulled them. we have fitted the new headers and they fit great. ill have a new batch in, in the next few weeks.

I bought a one-piece FMS header about a month and a half ago. After heat wrapping it and installing OEM Subaru uppipe studs I ran into an issue when I went out to install it tonight -- the uppipe gasket won't clear the studs. It's like a stud is bent, however I have switched them all around and even used different studs. Doesn't matter where I move the studs to, the same one always doesn't line up with the gasket.

I've tried the Grimmspeed gasket I was going to use and even the gasket that comes with the header itself and neither will go on without damaging the gasket or having to ream out the mounting holes. Obviously if the gasket won't go on, then the studs also aren't going to pass through the holes on the turbo.

I did also notice that there is a pretty big gap on one of the flanges between the pipe inside and where it meets up with the flange that goes to the cylinder head. I'm uploading a youtube vid as we speak, so that will soon follow as I'll be posting a link once the upload is completed.

My 2007 STi 6-speed is going in this week and this is really going to blow if a header holds up getting my car together again.
