Tire fitment on stock BBS rims

So my tires are near death (bands showing on rears). Dont have the $$$ for new ones yet but can get ahold of some almost new re01s for next to nothing. Only question is will they fit.

I can get them in either 235/40/17 or 245/40/17.

Will either/ both work on stock 06 sti bbs rims? It has stock suspension also.

what do you do with the car?

Either will fit fine, but the 245 will put you at the stock gearing and keep the speedo most accurate.
