Exclamation Rolling to Quesnel

Hey all

I am taking a road trip up to Quesnel for the long weekend, need to visit the mother.

I herd this is a fun drive and should be really good for the subi.
Just wanted to know if anyone else has done the drive and wanted to know what you thought! I would be coming from Kelowna and going through Kamloops I think.

Hwy 8 between Merritt and spences bridge
(it's the shortest, fastest route too)

I did the drive in the summer and it was awesome fun. I did however miss the turn at little fort and really really really hate clearwater (the next town with lots and lots of cops ) and really regret missing the turn. Dont miss the turn. Thats the best advice I have heard. Dont do it. Make sure you dont. Clearwater sucks donkey nuts.

Default yellowhead

i drive from kamloops to chetwynd every 2 weeks... the drive is good, but going up the yellowhead and cutting over at little fort with spice it up for sure. little bit longer, but if the drive is out of the ordinary for you, its a good choice.

our field crews at work drive kamloops to pg twice a week, even though the interlakes higway is 5 km longer it is way faster, less busy, and even more fun in a subaru..

Careful on the long weekend. Passed 7 speed traps from Prince George to here last time I came back.

Correction, passed 6 and got nailed in Hope trying to impatiently pass one of those damned motorhome train/convoys.
