Default ROR, right of recision

K when we sell an alarm contract we have to give 3 buisness days of time they can cancel no questions asked, have to as in its the law. Do any of you know how this applies to cars? And what they can legaly refuse to refund? ( if we charge activation it is non refundable, that kind of stuff). Kindq of random i know but just was wondering after reading the canyou check this car out in slc for me thread. I think on any majior purchase ie house car long term contract, you can cancel in 3 days for buyers remorse so you dont get stuck in an impulse buy at you cant afford and will ruin your life.

Any coments?

Here in Colorado anyway the 3 day right of refusal applies only to Private Party Auto Sales and not if purchased from Dealership.

side note, if they don't get you your plates with in 30 days you can take the car back, as long as the 30th day doesn't end on a weekend or holiday where the DMV is closed.

DO NOT make impulsive car purchases. You will wreck your own life
