Exclamation Hawkeye headlights to a bugeye loom?

Leaving the bugeye love for the hawkeye love as i'm going wideboy!!

The problem I think i'll be facing is the wiring of the headlights. Has anybody got some info this swap?

Read all the conversion threads I can find, but no detailed wiring info.

Thanks
Ricey

You are obviously going from a split two-plug harness system to a single plug harness system when converting from 2002 to 2006.

Can you source male and female harness connectors? Meaning, can you get a plug connector for a 9004/9007 bulb? Can you get the end for the plug into the 2006 headlamp module assembly?

You could make a "jumper cable" of sorts to go from 2002 to 2006 without cutting your existing OEM harness.

No need to actually cut any wires, the wires/terminals can be remove from the connectors with some jewelers screwdrivers.

If you have the skills/patience you can document which wire is which on the bugeye harness (+ & - high/low beams, turns, parking lights) & take them out of the bugeye plug.

Then do the same for the male ended plug on the hawkeye headlamp assemblies, and affix the 'old' and 'new' wires together (solder, heatshrink, & tape).
