Default ABS electrical issue. Please help.

Ill try to be short, heres the problem:
I hit a chunk of semi tire on the freeway with my left front tire,
the chunk ripped out my fender liner, airbag sensor wires, fog light plug, and the worst of all the bulk of the wire harness dropped onto the tire.
I got off the freeway ASAP but the tire had bit into the wire harness.
I would say about 10 wires were exposed(but not cut) but they touched each other. I fixed the section of harness that was damaged and all the other wires.
Which fixed most of my issues but my ABS light and my BRAKE light remain on and the car is in limp mode(cant go over 4k rpm).

What I have tried so far:
*checked fuses
* replaced sensor in that hub
*went to Subaru dealership to have them pull codes from ABS( they were unable to pull any codes due to something that had happened from the accident. so they say?)
* had my buddy thats a mechanic come check it out and he wasnt much help, he reset the ABS system but the lights stayed on.

so im in way over my head and the car has been down for over a month. I think something must be fried, needing replacement. hoping someone can chime in and let me know what could possibly be fried.
Please help NASIOC
thanks
