Default ECU Cover Removal?

There seems to be some sort of round cones instead of nuts holding the ecu cover plate down on my 2010 sti. How do you get these off?

And what are the green plugs for that are dangling and unplugged from each other just above the ecu?

Never mind. Figured it out. Still curious about the green connectors though!

they are the test connectors, some cars have two sets. I don't remember if they must both be plugged in to put the car in test mode or whatever. Plug them in and turn the key, if the fans and fuel pump cycle and various dash lights start flashing turn key off and unplug. if they don't leave them plugged together. That way if you ever flash your car with an accessport or tactrix cable you only need to plug the ones under the drivers side... unless I'm being an ass again and forgot things like you only have one set and its on the passenger side.

One set of plugs is for testing and the other set is for diagnostics. Never leave them tied together if you are not doing those things.
