Default advice on building ej255 needed

so I have decided to build a ej255 for my 07 wrx and would like advice on from anyone that has the know how on what parts to use for my goals

my goals are 7500 to 7800 rpm
320 to 350 whp
350 to 380 wtq
daily driven
smooth reving with a lumpy idle ( I know it sounds funny to put it that way but at idle I prefer a lumpier idle )

What I am starting with , I am getting a long block EJ255 from a local dealer out of a LGT that had rod knock and I am paying nothing for it . I know I will have to inspect it have machining done if needed and assemble the parts to build it .
I plan to replace allot of the stock internals . I am planning on replacing
pistons
rods
crank
valvetrain
minor porting of heads
cams
oil pump
EL header
turbo,injectors and the such
So my question is this, if any of you that have done such a build or have build a 255 and had my power goals in mind what manufactures would you use . I have build many many engines but never a subaru engine and would prefer to get proven advice from the ones that have already done it with good results
I know I am going to need a trans and I have that covered witha 07 sti swap so what soy you all . who's parts go where for what I want .
as a side note I would prefer a quiet running engine with low oil consumption . thanks in advance . and lastly does anyone know of a good subaru savy machine shop in mass .

First question is, how long do you want the motor to last (miles)

This looks like a typical TD06H 20G setup. You do NOT need many mods to achieve this power goal. However with the higher rev limit and that power goal, a destroker motor comes to mind.

TD06H SL2 20G 8cm
Crower 264*
Crower valve springs and Ti retainers
Minor clean up of the exhaust and Dog leg work. Enlargement of the intake ports.
You need to have Custom pistons made to fit your motor unless you plan to run higher CR. Your '07 WRX heads are 50cc and need a piston with a deeper dish to retain your OEM 8.4:1CR. You can use your oil pump, they are the same.

This will be a solid setup that'll make you good power and not having the power taper off so fast up top. If you don't agree, then I dunno.

You plan on using the LGT heads or your heads?
CHeck the cam journals of the LGT heads. You don't need LOTS of fancy cams and valvetrain because that power output doesn't require those mods.

my power output is where you want it.

Built EJ22T, 9.0:1, Eagle rods, WRX 2.0L crank, 12mm oil pump
all balanced internals, STOCK '07 heads/cams/etc
TD06H SL2-20G-8cm w/ Tial 38mm vBand EWG
modded stock injectors(900cc) and Bosch 044 fuel pump
big MAF intake, stock turbo inlet, custom Fobia headers
eBay TMIC, TGV-less, MBC, OpenSource Tune via Nuke

This makes right where you're aiming for. Power band is 4000-7000rpms. My redline is 8000 but that's for track use. Straightline shift points are 7000rpms.

I don't understand some of your goals considering the motor you are using. For example, what do you mean "lumpy idle" ? they are lumpy from the factory, with the factory exhaust manifolds. Do you actually want it to making power at 7500 (power still climbing)? It almost sounds like you want a bigger turbo at lower boost that flows really well up top. Like a GT35 at like 15psi with UEL exhaust manifold. And yet, with that kind of setup you probably wouldn't make the torque you want.

I don't understand why you would want a built head or a high revving type of deal for this. Your power goal is modest. Pistons I can understand, but I just don't see you needing anything else.
