Hi I have 2004 forester and it looks like the parts number is the same for impreza
rear disc rotor = 26700FE080 front disc rotor = 26300AE061 I am just wondering what is the popular brand among forum members here? where do you get them? and how much? for rotors and pads thank you

Centric blanks or Napa blanks with Hawp HPS or Stoptech Posiquiet pads if you just need a daily driver friendly rotor.
Supposedly some ppl have even tracked the rotors (with different pads obviously) and they're fine, YMMV. Pm Dales Alignment the local brake/suspension vendor. |

I'm currently using DBA rotors, with the stock pads. But later going to be using some more aggressive pads.
a lot of people use HAWK HPS (places where you can buy that is mopac, dales, PDM, lordco, ETC) |

yea just the common pads and rotor, I don't track the car just daily driving
thanks exactly what I needed Anyone know cheapest pads and rotor deal out there? I found on craigslist is lomandi brand .. for $200 rotor and pads for all four corners. Cheap but is it worth it .. how much do you pay for centric blanks ? and hawks HPS pads? |

I've driven on hawk hps pads on our cars and I swear they are worse than stock pads.

I'd go with Premium centric blanks and a decent brake pad like hawk hp+ or something. Cheap and decent. As in decent I mean something that will actually stop you when you need to stop in an emergency.
