Default 2010 WRX CBE on a 2010 OBS

I have the chance of buying a used 2010 Catback Exhaust from a 2010 WRX Premium. I'd like to install it on my 2010 OBS.... My questions are:
1. Is it a direct bolt on/replacement of my OEM Catback, or is there some modding required?
2. What if any difference will this make to my performance?
3. What if any difference will this make to the exhaust sound?
4. Will it affect the manufacturers Warranty?

Cheers!

There has been a lot of discussion about this already.
1. It is a direct bolt on. You might want to replace the two bolt gasket at the axle back but I'm not sure that it's absolutely necessary.
2. Difference is practically negligible.
3. Sound note is different but again.. practically negligible.
4. not sure if it affects the warranty but you'll probably keep the stock one around cause it's not really something that people want to buy.
5. It does look better

Some dealerships are mod friendly that let you get away with a certain mods (CBE, STS, Intake)...
While others don't like it when you hang a car refreshener on your rear view.

I have the wrx CBE on my 09.
Direct bolt on. You can't really tell much difference in performance.
Exhaust note is a tiny bit lower, still quiet. I had to get a new gasket where the axleback meets the midpipe.
You shouldn't have any warranty problems unless the dealership is being a dick. It's just stupid pipe. If they are, find another dealership.
