Default Testing a Grimmspeed BCS

I'm going to sound like an idiot, but its close to the truth when it comes to electronics. I am having a really annoying time with a potential boost leak. My boost will hit target (22lbs) and then fluctuate back and forth between that and 15-16lbs. It does not settle out. My tuner suggested (as well as numerous board searches) that I either have developed a boost leak, or my BCS is toasted. So my question is if I am going to apply 12 volts to my Grimmspeed 3-port BCS to test its cycling ability, how can I go about doing that since it has its own nice little harness and isn't just some splice job that will give me some naked wires to toy with?

I plan to pull my intercooler as soon as I have some free time (no garage to do it in once its dark) to inspect those hoses/bpv/etc since all the hoses I have taken a look at thus far don't seem to have any leaks. I'm leaning towards an electronic issue at the moment. The fluctuation did not occur on the dyno pulls during tuning (2 weeks ago) but began the following day or 2 which is annoying but does put a developed boost leak or failing electronic on the chopping block. Any advice?
