The top one mounts on the bottom cover near the OBD2 connector, but doesn't connect to anything. I have no idea what it's purpose is, but it doesn't have to be connected to anything.

the gray one makes me thing it connects to the throttle pedal... i know TiC had a thread on how to install their fancy pedals, maybe you can find some good under dash picts there.

This is what owning and loving Subarus is about. Taking what you know works, and mating it with something else that works.

This has to be one of the craziest builds I have ever seen, aside from the guy who put his Honda EG body on a WRX drivetrain.

...or Girodisc's Celaru (Basically Celica body on STI drivetrain)

Nice Truck!

Can't wait to see it finished...

Damn! I love it...still.

I was going to offer up my harness that was already converted to run in a Mazda B2000 pickup truck. It's been stripped and everything. Only needs the motor harness that I think you already have. But the hard work has been done.

PM me if you'd like. It's tagged and labeled for everything.

closeup of the sensor/bracket? Is it a momentary switch? It looks a little bit like the clutch interlock switch or a pedal activated switch.

(Girodisc's Celaru , Honda EG body on a WRX) --thanks for posting... bookmarked for a later read.

honestly, this project has become an itchy challenge.....When i bought the suby, it was a basket case---a lot of parts in boxes---It's annoying trying to put something together that you don't know what it's supposed to look like..

added the oil fill tube today, and filled up the crank case mounted the rear braided brake lines to the frame, and got the rest of the brake parts in---i'm going to forget about hooking up abs for now, i can always add it in later---

like christmas

hooked up the juice clutch linkage-

ok, now the starter trigger wire, that goes under the positive battery cable---where does it come from? it looks like its missing from my wiring harness---can someone point me where it might have gotten cut?
