Yeah, unfortunately we didn't get a pick of that black wagon in front of the MD state trooper coming out of the Harbor Tunnel.

A lot of nice cars there. The BRP one for best front end. The Yellow WRX got best of meet, and there were a few other awards. All in all, a great time, and a lot of nice cars there.

And one WRX with APC tails.

Check out that STM RS with the black GReddy lip and the Hellas! I saw one EXACTLY like it today down here in Virginia Beach, except his stock rims were painted black!

Oh yeah, and check out that Mini Impreza too, that thing looks cool.

Thanks guys I washed and waxed the car just for you guys left early since I didn’t know too many people there, so who’s car is under mine? I was wondering about his headlights to see if they are the Procarparts.com ones?

what surprised me at the meet was the amount of cars that appeared stock looking. Time to mod!

Mine was the pretty much stock black 2 door by the exit. But I just got it a few weeks ago. Already done a few things (ie. swaybar, strut bar, droplinks, etc) just no exterior mods yet.

Buster,
I did my wheels the cheap and easy way. I used Low Gloss Black engine paint. They look just as good as Powdercoating, we'll see how long they last. They are about as dull/shiny as the lip is.

Poppa Smurf,
Definitely NOT the Morettes. They are probably the procarparts lights. IMHO if you want the projector light look, get the Morettes, those procarparts lights just don't look right at all.

Silverscoob,
I'm pretty sure he said he had a full Liberal kit.

The car with the twin lights is mine. They might be the ones that Procarparts.com sells, I think I've seen them there before. I didn't get them there so I couldn't say for sure unless I saw them on Procarparts' site (I looked and couldn't find them on the site). I actually like these a little better than the morrette's simply for the reason that I don't have to do the corner light mod on rs25.com for them to look good. That and they were significantly cheaper as I bought them from Rudy (the self proclaimed "old guy" in the silver WRX with the Rota's). Admitidly they did look a little strange the first time I saw them on the car, especially with the lip spoiler off.

Nice RS first off but how is the light output from the lights? and what bulb do they use?

I think the light is better than stock, but you do have to aim them carefully otherwise you really get to appreaciate the better lights. The bulb are H7's which IIRC is the newest bulb standard, and it appears on many of the expensive euro cars (bmw, mercedes, etc), at least the ones that don't run HIDs. I think alot of the extra light comes from the use of the better bulb. When I first got them, I did a side by side comparo with Matt's (rallyt-wrx) wrx in my driveway to aim them. My light were a fair bit brighter than his both in high beam mode and low beam. IIRC my lows alone appeared as bright as his highs. I'm running standard sylvania bulb currently and will eventually upgrade them to Hella xenons.

Next time there is a get together, come find me and I'll let you decide about the light for yourself.
