Default I'm going to miss my Utah winter

I'm originally from park city utah but have been in the army for the past 6 years. Every year I have managed to chedule my leave to be back home to ride the canyons for 2 weeks but unfortunately now that I"m married and up in Washington I'm not going to be able to make it this year. I'm already fiending for great snow and know that I"m going to be completely depressed this winter up here with these tiny little mountains. For all of you that snowboard just kill it for me this season.

Snowbird is definitely dope and Brighton's backcountry is good but their park blows and the vibe from the locals is horrible.

Uh... Mount Baker? They recorded the most snow in a season on EARTH, something like 1,140 inches. I don't think you should be worried.

Sometimes, I'm old and only go on good powder days and it seems like they are getting farther apart. Baker still gets so good light snow and I'd take new snow every other day over 1/2 a day of the best powder ever then 3 weeks of tracked out. and i miss Alpental and Crystal backcounrty but then it's is nice having my choice of like 8 resorts within an hour drive.
