Default cam question

What I currently have:

Block/Heads
machine shop balanced
CP pistons
Eagle Rods
ACL bearings
08+ sti nitride treated crank
ARP Headstud
OEM Head Gasket
Gates Racing timing belt,water pump,tensioner, pully,Water pump,08+ sti Oil pump
Upgraded valve springs and retainers (good for 7500+ RPM)
cams ---> Still debating on staying stock avcs or go BC/GSC 272???

Power Mods
Cobb AP2
Cobb Big Maf Short Ram
Stock uppipe and headers
Megan Racing full 3" catless TBE
Blouch 20GXT 3"Inlet 8cm Hotside
Samco 3" inlet
Gimmick FMIC with HKS SSQV V3 recirculated bov
WRX top feed TGV coated & deleted

Fuel system (E85/91 octane setup)
ID 1000cc top feed
Aeromotive WRX fuel rail kit and lines converting from sidefeed to topfeed
walbro 255

Driveline
ACT heavy duty street clutch
ACT streetlight flywheel

Misc
Innovate LC-1 with digital A/F gauge
Prosport Boost gauge

The car is still in the shop rebuilding heads and block
So should I go with a BC/GSC 272/264/280 cams or simply stay with stock avcs cams?
