Confusing Issues?

Okay, my car was smoking pretty badly, you know thinking the worse the old O ring failure. So I was hoping that it was more simple than that because last time they overfilled my car with oil and was hopping that the car was somehow just throwing the excess oil into the tailpipe somehow. Well anyway while changing the oil we notice oil from the back of the Turbo running down to the downpipe. Blow seal in the turbo okay better than a engine. They change the oi,l schedule a time to take a closer look at the turbo and Im on my way. On the way out I notice wow no smoke. Go to the carwash wash the visible parts of the turbo and wastegate and downpipe that had oil on them. Boosted a couple of times on the way home, guess what no oil and no smoke. WTF anybody got any Ideas, Because Im confused as hell at this point.

possibly turbo oil return kinked and causing backup of oil into center section.Also somewhere I saw that if the pan is overfilled enough to cover the oil return on the motor from the turbo it will not allow the oil to return properly.Just a couple of scenarios I wanted to throw out there for you.
