Default Engine Missfire after clutch install

I have a 99 Rs I just replaced the clutch with a lightened flywheel. Now I am getting all kinds of missfire codes, intermittently on various cylinders. I replaced my timing belt and spark plugs while i got the clutch redone. I have heard that a light weight flywheel can cause this. Could it be anything else? can I change the timing to make it work?

Thanks

Chuck

make sure your valve lash is correct, this can also cause misfires. And search, search, search.
