Default Indvidia Catted Downpipe

I am selling it for $400 obo. The reason for selling it is because my SPT catback won't fit the downpipe (flat flange to flat flange = no flex joint) so instead of going through anymore headaches on my exhaust I am going to purchase a turbo back exhaust. Would prefer local pickup. PM me if interested

Awwww man!

Buy this maddad mid pipe, keep the SPT axle back.
(or grab the prodrive muffler too and be quieter than the SPT but still sound good!)

Or get the TurboXS stealthback and keep the SPT muffler still!

I had the same downpipe with my SPT catback when I had it on and it fit just fine.

Yeah I'm currently running the Invidia V2 bellmouth cat-less DP with the SPT CBE and I didn't have any problems mating the two up.

Just my experience.

GLWS!

I don't know. I went to Andrewtech to get it installed to my SPT and they said that it would fit just fine but because I was removing my cat there would be no flex joint in my car and the exhaust would rattle around and it would eventually end up leaking.

Got your PM!

The main issue is really just having the flat flange mate up to a donut style flange. Some people get lucky (or don't hear the leak), but the actual contact areas on both flanges are different, leaving not much room for sealing.

This has nothing to do with removing your cat, but everything to do with changing the flange design. SPT was designed to mate with the factory donut gasket, Inividia was designed around a flat 3" standard gasket.

PM Tut4u2, he has an adapter for sale that will fit a donut gasket inside of the 3" flange. Basically it's a quick-fix for this situation, and works pretty damn well (needs to use a 3" gasket AND a donut, but it seals!).

The reason I recommended the TurboXS setup was just because you seem to like the SPT muffler They make a FANTASTIC product regardless, but no sense burning your money
