Question Cleaning spilt transmission fluid off turbo heatshield?

Hi, I had my transmission fluid changed at the dealer today and they spilt fluid in several areas of the engine bay but mainly on the turbo heatshield. I could smell it when I pulled into my garage and it was smoking. I'm planning on cleaning the entire engine bay tomorrow but I need to focus on cleaning the heatshield. Would meguiars all purpose cleaner be safe to use on it? What about on the transmission case and on the exhaust components if they have spilt fluid on them. I'm going on a road trip in two days and I don't wan't to smell the burning fluid in the cabin while I'm driving. (I had the windows down today so I didn't notice untill I was stopped)

Any advice on how to fix the situation is appreciated, Thanks.
