Default odd spark plug question

So this might sound weird, but is there a spark plug in the right heat range that fits a sohc head (ej251) that has a screw-off top to it? Im looking to do a mod and it requires the top to be jusg the threaded part.

Before u say i cant do that the ej251 has an integral ignitor, bear with me and let me give it a whirl before its shot down. This is quite common in the d-series honda community .

What i want to do is use the external ignitor on my 95 outback and trigger cbr coils off of it. I realize id have to make a custom harness for it.
