Default Dynomax Thrush/hush Mufflers

has anyone used these in custom Exhaust systems on a subaru? I have used them before on other cars I have owned. they give a Mild tone, still great flowing, come in 3inch in/out all stainless welded construction.

was thinking of making a 3 inch catback for my STI using one of these mufflers. with a 24inch long resonator in the midpipe.

thoughts? opinions?

oh and the muffler is 83.00 shipped to my door, I would have roughly 150.00 invested in the setup
