+1 ^ They turn yellow and orange before they burn out.

It's probably a crappy Chinese kit, isn't it? They color shift to all kinds of weird colors. I've seen them turn green.

All the OEM bulbs I've seen have color shifted to a much bluer hue, they then last a good while longer, before they die.

Are they taking longer to start up, or doing anything strange while starting or warming up?

Nothing out of the ordinary but that particular side did go out once and all i did was turn it off and turn it back on and it was fine again. Now can I just change the bulb or is it something that I have to change the whole HID setup?

Kits from
www.ddmtuning.com
are inexpensive, $50 with shipping.
They take around 2 weeks to ship.

It may also be the voltage regulator; HID regulators have two phases of operation, initially there is a fire up high voltage phase and then there is a maintenance/operating phase that keeps the bulb running. On my TL my right side would fire up fine but after a few minutes it would turn bright pink and sometimes flicker... the bulb itself was ok, but the regulator was bad.

Hopefully it's just your bulb but you may want to get it checked so you don't waste money on new bulbs that may get taken out by a faulty regulator/controller
