Default Another Apexi TT problem

I've searched around and could not find the problem I am having. I just checked all the wiring and it's all good so here is my problem. I turn the key to the off position after driving and it counts down, but, the engine still shuts off as soon as I turn the key to the off position. I have read that the black box on this turbo time is known to go bad. I will be checking this next if i can't get an answer from you guys.

I know our cars do not need it but i bought the car with it and I was even able to get the A/F and O2 to read properly. Matches my Access port readings. So they are pretty accurate.A/f doesn't read below 10 and above 20 though.
