Default Thinking of buying a Legacy

So I currently have a 02 WRX Wagon and I'v been looking at tradin' up/sideways to a 05 Legacy 2.5gt. I was seeking general opinions on the 2 models I found for sale. Any opinion would be good.

2005 Subaru Legacy GT Sedan 2.5 Turbo,
Automatic,A/C,AWD,Leather,
Moon Roof,Dual Climate Control.
Power Seats,Alloy wheels,101,000 miles,vin#204489
Asking $13,995

Is 101k a lot for this year? Red is an interesting color

2006 Subaru Legacy Sedan 2.5 GT Ltd
Internet Price $13,488 82,870 miles

If you have a manual, get a manual!!!! I traded my bugeye in for a 05 legacy gt auto 5 speed. I miss the whole manual but the tiptronic isn't too bad and it's still a 5 speed.

if you were on the east coast there is a legacy spec b in PA for 13,500 something. Check auto trader and legacygt.com (lots of really nice cars forsale there)

I would get the 06, less money and less miles. Plus RBP is a great color

just make sure the 60k service has been done on it. also thats a base GT, if you want a sunroof and other items you'll prob want a limted. I could sell you mine for 11500 lol. but i think that would be a drive lol.

lol i have a toolbox that has several new ones in it lolol. Just wanted to give you the fyi on the limited but funny enough the gt has some small things that my wifes 2.5i doesn't and she usually gets mad when she sees it until she looks up and says haha you don't have a sunroof.

If you got from 02 WRX wagon to 05 LGT, you would most definitely be upgrading/taking a step up. The LGT is better in almost every aspect except gas mileage. I traded my 02 WRX for an 07 LGT Limited w/60k miles for $12,000. Yes, thats 12,000. I found a once-in-a-lifetime deal.

Needless to say I have 0 regrets! I love the LGT!

If you can, get a limited. The leather and sunroof are perfect in 80 degree weather.

I also looked up my credit report/score the other night. And Experian gave me 794 out of 850. Which should get me some decent financing rates I would think :P
