VIP is less about the outside and more about VIP status. That subie is legit VIP. It was at SEMA last year. The reason it is legit is because everything is leather, and it has curtains. REAL VIP cars wouldn't have racing seats or bosocrapzku on them. Real VIP is hellaflush, ballin, and all about luxury. Peep this:

Actually, I'd have to look at the automotive code, but I believe there is some sort of regulation covering things like amount of tire in contact with road surface.

there probably is, if you are looking up any codes find me the legal size of a license plate.

Legally you are not allowed to modify or cover your license plate in any way shape or form.

What are you wanting to do? I've seen some front mounted ones bent back 90 degrees, I suppose you could say a car wash or small animal did it.

Speaking of which, do they make a lower grille for these things? I am always worried about an animal going right through that opening and bye bye radiator.

^most people don't run front plates since they aren't a primary offense or whatever anymore, so he's probably talking about the rear which i know you can't legally alter in any way.
