We have been using/selling there traditional blow off valves for at least two or so years now with great feedback. I have been told this is yet another great part and expect good things from it

I notice that their BOV's have a number of different hardware kits for the same BOV body. Is the BOV / different flanges a v-band connection? I cant tell from the pictures above but i do see a clamp.

Or do you know if they make this BOV with a v-band connection (i guess i could have just asked that question first.)

The connection for the DV is not V-band, but rather a similar concept clamp. As you can see in the below picture, the clamps have "teeth" that will bite into the grooves of the flanges.

The DV is designed to be compatible with all of the existing SB flanges on the market.

The guys at No Limit Motorsport will have more information about which flange or DV kit for your specific application.

If you're asking about springs in reference to how Tial does it with their BOVs, then it has to be clarified that the spring is almost irrelevant in the Synchronic design. It uses the pneumatic pressure to maintain a balance at any boost pressure. There is only 1 spring, and the pre-load is adjustable, although, most of the time, not required.

The DV, when re-circulated, should be always open under vacuum. THIS IS NOT A LEAK. It is closed by at least -5" of vac. However, if you really want to, you can crank down on the pre-load to keep it always shut (which will probably cause flutter). You can also do this if you must VTA.

Any further reviews/experience? Has the DV been selling well and worth the upgrade over stock?

I use their stuff on my BMW racecar (turbo 2.8L) but am curious to see how these work on a stage 1/2 07 STI.

2 sold so far for Subaru, have not heard back on review yet

The evo guys have been all over them though. We have sold all the ones we got in, about 10 or so. So far all good things just smooth response and holding boost great.

The evo's need them because there stock BOV starts to leak, most subaru's don't make the power to the point where the stock BOV starts to leak.

Anyone who decides to purchase it will be very happy with its performance and quality

We have been selling a ton of these. For whatever reason the Subaru crowd has been slow with them, only one or two sold (have about 10 for Subaru in stock). On the other hand Evo guys, Volkwagen, plus many others (Eclipse, turbo Hondas, Mazda etc) have been buying them up like a Verizon Iphone on release day

Believe the hype, as far as blow off valve/diverter valves go, this thing is as good as it gets and I used to be the biggest Tial fanboy
