Default I'm back and Winslows gone

Hello all,

Well I just got back from way too sunny Las Vegas (It was 115 degrees). Took the plunge, and gambled way too much.

Also rented a yellow 2001 Porsche 996 cabriolet (will post pictures later), that is one sweet ass car!

I have not talked to Winlsow since last Thursday, so if anyone knows how to contact him please let me know. I am working on getting the status of some outstanding issues that Winlsow was working on and will pass along that information as soon as I get it.

I just want to let everyone know that unlike Winslow I have a full time job and then some, so unfortunately I do not have the time to devote that Winslow did. So along those lines I will ask that everyone be patient with me, and if anyone wants to help with installs and such, let me know. The big installs are going to be the hard part for me to do, as my weekends are pretty booked.

But we will work it all out and I will do my best to get everyone the parts for their cars at the cheapest prices possible. So thanks again for everyones patience, and lets work on planning the next Suby meet!

Later.....Kris

Nice to see you back man. I am down anytime to help you with the installs. I would like to learn how to install that boost monkey, and could help you out with those. Blacknight and I did my AVC-R install this past Sunday, and I am sure those Boost Monkey's shouldnt be any harder then that.

Welcome back Kris! How was the wedding? I just got a call from Kato and he wants to set up an install for a TXS stage2. I told him it might take about 3 days.

Welcome Home Kris!

Winslow couldn't get around to doing my installs before he left so if anyone is willing to help me out that would be awsome. He said Kris would do them but as we know he is a busy man. I need my pulleys installed, my kart boy shifter and my fog light covers put on. I am not in a hurry but i do leave the state in a couple months.

Anyone up for it???

Well lets see, I have seen the Pully Install. Hardest part about that is finding the air tools. (Which isnt that hard). And not breaking the adjusting bold, KRIS! I have seen the Short Shifter install and that is pretty easy, but Winslow told me that there are also bushing that you have to install on the underside? And the Fog Cover lights shouldnt be no problem. How did you think the paint turned out on those? Winslow spent forever trying to get those perfect.

I haven't been able to see the light covers yet, but i am sure they look great. To my understanding I should have the bushings with the shifter at Kris' house. I read the install instructions and it doesn't seem too difficult, but we will see. Do you know someone with the airtools for the pully install? So... Tusin, are you going to help me out with it?? I am ready to get my hands dirty.

Thanks.

Too many virgin car mechanics in here. Get your hands dirty and do it yourself!

Masturbation is key.

Jen,

I should be able to install those for you sometime in the near future. Unfortunately not only are things hectic right now, but I also have come down with a cold.

So hopefully we can do those installs later this week or this weekend. I should be able to do all those installs in an hour or two. So we will see how this cold progresses and then go from there.

Later...Kris

You should probably have Kirs do the installs, but I will probably see if I can come over and help him out.
