A few days ago I noticed one of my license plate lights was slightly flickering so today I removed the led bulb and reinserted it to see if this would fix the problem. However, now both of my license plate lights and my taillights no longer function when I have my lights on. Everything else still works ok, my blinkers, brake lights, and headlights are all still fine. I'm guessing there must be a blown fuse somewhere? Can somebody help me with this?

I plan on checking my fuses tomorrow in the am. I do not have my manual with me though, does anyone know which fuse and where it is located?

Fuse 16 in the dash panel is one of the fuses. The tail light illumination relay is in that panel also. Check to see if the rear lights will work with the switch on top of the steering column.

Well I went out this morning to look at my fuse panel behind the ashtray and I found the problem. The fuse for the taillights/parking lights was out. Swapped it out for a new one and everything works perfect.
I'm hitting up autozone later today for some new license plate bulbs, screw the pos yourledshop.com lights.... Thanks for the help guys, much appreciated! |
