moved to SLC and looking for a place to live

Well I'm moving out to utah next week from ga for the skiing and I'm looking for a place to live. I'm 23, a fairly active person who loves to ski, dirt bike (I'm bringing mine out there), longboard, camp, boulder, and most outdoor activities. I'm going to be working wed-sat 7-10 so night owls are not preferred.

I do enjoy working on my car and I have a few of my own tools. I do drink every now and then and I'm not religious at all. So if anybody is looking for a roommate i'd really like to talk to you. Or even if somebody has some suggestions on where to look, hit me up!

welcome to the RMIC! i think there are a few places to rent, and move into. there was a thread awhile back, i'm pretty sure someone will let you know soon.

Woo... another transplant.

I would avoid apartments if I were you... most of them don't let you work on your car in the lot.

+1 our complex is that way except we have a garage with our unit so we got lucky

I keep pondering looking for a bigger unit or renting a house whenever my lease is up... but the place is quiet, inexpensive and otherwise trouble free... plus the bus route is close (fiancee takes the bus home from work) so I don't know if moving would be a good idea.

Welcome. I'm currently full at my house. I rent 2 rooms out but there is no sign of people moving out any time soon. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have a master-like bedroom and half acre lot with pool and hot tub,, plenty of room for your bike and your car, super quiet neighborhood, no worries with anything. Address is roughly 12300 s. 2500w. I snowboard at Brighton and I too work odd shifts. Throw me a text,, I have this weekend off

This weekend won't work to meet up as I'm still driving cross country. I'll be getting in Monday night where I'll be staying at my relatives place about 10 min N of downtown
