I've seen a few 360s out there and I've always wanted one... a van, on the other hand, is amazing!

yes! the little old lady that had it 2 owners ago drove it every day for 23 years!
staying active is probably saved the little van's life

The only "modification" she did was a maaco paint job

the 360 Van really is hard to find (as well as the truck) I'm obviously really happy with my purchase

I half-heartedly look for one of these every now and then, now some history.

Went to college in New Jersey and had a campus job letting other students into their room if they locked themselves out. I would sit in the security office and do my school work until someone called. Then I'd get one of the key rings that had the master keys and go and let them in.

The school had a fleet of Subaru 360 vans and I used on of these to get around campus, since it could be driven on the roads or the campus footpaths. I was able to fit in it despite being 6'2.

Once I parked it outside a dorm with a courtyard. The courtyard had a pole in the middle of the opening to keep cars from driving in. Four football/lacrosse buddies picked up the van, carried it over the pole, and put it down inside the courtyard. Then they hung around to see what I would do.

This was a great prank - for me. Because unlike them, I knew that the poles were just set into a base: you could pull them straight up and out. So I lifted up the pole and drove away.

Not sure this would appeal to you but if your interested in upgrading your headlights to the present decade you might look in to these LED's. I can personally vouch for their effectiveness because we use them on our underground mine trucks.
