Default Rust dripping on car

1st -- this is not a Subaru.

- My wife parks her White Prius in the same spot in a parking garage for work. I notice that the bottom of the drivers side door has orange/rust color. She mentions when it rains a pipe drips next to car and splash on said lower door. For how long I dont know -- power washed made only a slight diff. It feels like its in the clear coat.

Suggestions?

Clay bar it?
Or polishing or rubbing compound (if you want to go THAT extreme)

Move the car!

But claybar or some kind of buffing compound should do the trick.

Yup. Just a light buffing compound. Shouldn't be all that hard to get out.
