So i'm lookin for some ideas,
I pulled the 2.2NA motor out of a legacy to do headgaskets, originally the Torque converter was attached to the motor when it came out. It was put back on the transmission side and the flexplate bolts were attached to it after the motor was dropped in. It would seem fluid leaks after the first startup and im not sure where to even look, is the torque converter not in right? its all buttoned up pretty well no gap between the block and bell housing. Its the first automatic i've messed with, never had an issue with manual trans! ![]() On top of that it sounds like the cams werent aligned 100% cuz its a tad rough runnin so it may all have to come apart anyway... ![]() Thanks for your suggestions!
