Hey does anyone know from experience if seats from an 07 wrx and 04 wrx will swap perfectly?

They should swap fine. They all have the same mounting points.

yes,you may have to swap the seat belt female end. but it should be easy regardless

04 WRX did not have the passenger side weight sensitive bladder for the airbag. 07 WRX does.

Not sure which car is yours, but you will need to swap that out of the 07 seats, and into the 04 seats if you expect them to work in an 07 car, and vice versa. You need to swap the electronics from the passenger seat as well. The driver seat should be 100% plug and play.

As far as "bolting" to the car, yes, they are interchangeable.

^^^ Your other option is to not swap the bladder and have an air bag light on.

To my knowledge it only disengages the window airbag, not the steering wheel one.
