Default which hoses exactly?

I know that there are 5 hoses that are connected to the turbo inlet with two that can be vented to atmo and 2 ran to a catch can. My only problem is trying to find these and which ones exactly that need to be routed where. I will be going with a catch can setup and the whole objective here is to bypass the stock PCV system and keep oil out of the intake.

so if anyone here knows or if anyone knows of a better idea to bypass the stock PCV system and run a single catch can system more effectively please let me know...im trying to clean everything out since im coming off a rebuild and cleaning out all the oil that is in the inlet and the IC...thanks in advance for the help guys...
