Used a Cometic MLS gasket on mine with a stainless oring machined into the top of the sleeve. Worked great.

Pretty thin.. We played around with a spare block to see how far the stock liner can be bored, after 102.XXmm it just peeled back and was useless.

I did a 103mm bore and Used cometics. They were special order and took 2 weeks to get. I would recommend getting 2-3 sets so you wont have down time if you need to tear it down.

Gasket wise you can get SCE Titans upto 103mm if you want and you can get the Cometic Phuzion which is 102mm.

SCE Titans are available HOWEVER copper head gaskets are highly recomended to retorque every once in awhile and usually require it. In our cas I dont feel like pulling the engine tearing the timing apart removing the cams every time to retorque. Just me?

Cosworth will make you 103 gasket.. The Cometics are great gaskets though.
It is a rally car, so the 103mm was used to up displacement and get us more mid and low end TQ
