Default spun rod bearing

wuts the cheapest way to fix the issue stated. refinish crank and get bigger bearings and re use pistons and rods if they look good? didnt tear it apart yet but everyone knows the sound. i have a built block for my car but im looking to fix my stock block and sell it to a friend for his hybrid build. let me kno wut u guys think the cheapest safest way out is. thnx
