Your power steering looks like it's definitly leaking. I doubt it would be oil if it's that high up in the engine bay.

Oil pressure sensors can leak and spray oil around in that area too.

It looks like it might not be the power steering fluid. I just check it again and it's at the full mark. hmmm....

is any of the leaking fluid fresh? Wipe you finger in it and feel and smell it. should be able to tell the difference between engine oil and any other fluid... it will smell slightly burnt if it has more than a cpl thousand miles on it and shouldn't have any orange or green tint to it if you wipe it on a sheet of white paper. power steering will usually have an orange/red tint unless its very old.

If observations are inconclusive, the best thing to do it wash the engine with a degreaser for engines/motors and rinse it well with a hose minimizing how much water you get on the ignition bits. Once its clean, regular observation should reveal the source of the leak.

I used a paper towel and they look like black powder like stuff. Checked Engine oil also it's full as well. I'm totally lost...

Well, clean it all off and start from scratch. Now that you know where to inspect, do it often and see where the leak is coming from.

Ya very likely power steering pump is leaking, not uncommon at all. And that is traditional how they leak onto the block below the pump.
