Need some recommendations

I had a compression test the other day after seeing a lot of white smoke come out of my exhaust and I either blew the head gasket or cracked a ring.

Power Mods

Blouch TD05 20g 8cm^2
Turbo XS 4" Downpipe
P & L 3" Race Catback
P & L High Flow Intake (Powder Coated Red)
P & L 38mm EWG Kit (Modified Turbo XS Up-pipe with Tial Wastegate)
P & L Front Mount Intercooler (Piping Powder Coated Red with Black Core)
Tial BOV
Samco Turbo Inlet
Cobb Access Port
T.G.V. Delete
HOA 3 Port Boost Control Selenoid
Deatschwerks 1000cc Injectors
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump

Car had made 357 whp and 350 wtq on 19 psi.

Since I will be pulling the motor to fix this problem I want to buy parts to make it more reliable. What part do you guys recommend with keeping the pricing pretty reasonable? the most I want to do with this build is push this turbo close to its max

If your going to pull it might as well get some forged beef in there.

Some decent pistons and rods. Eagle rods and any piston of your choice really.
Not much else is needed beyond that other then the usual new water and oil pumps, gaskets, and bearings.

Do I need to do anything with the heads?

If there is no damage to them its not necessary but if you really want to you could have them cleaned, decked, and get a good valve job.
